Getting off to a good start in a new job is not just about learning how the work is done. Feeling comfortable and safe in a new work environment is crucial for both your personal and professional success. To make sure everything goes smoothly you get a mentor who provides guidance, support, and advice as you navigate the new environment.
We have divided customer service agent training into modules which is a great way to ensure that the information is delivered in manageable chunks, making it easier for you to absorb and retain. We use a combination of online tools like Teams and Moodle along with in-person coaching sessions to provide a comprehensive and effective training experience for our new customer service agents.
Not even the best training can give answers to all question and that's why we provide ongoing support and access to coaches even after the initial training is completed. Our aim is to help ensure you can continue to grow and develop in your role over time.
