Dynava was born in 2021, as Eniro merged its customer service operations in Finland and Sweden into one solid offering for the Scandinavian market. This resulted in a player with enough power to manage all our clients’ customer service and customer care needs throughout the Nordic market.
We operate under a new name, but our know-how is anything but new. Dynava’s customer service experience dates back to more than a hundred years ago, when the first clients were supported over the phone.
From 16 locations in Finland and Sweden and four abroad, Dynava’s strong team of more than 900 experts helps dozens of clients carry out millions of customer service contacts every year.
